Post often, post useful information. There is a ton of bored homeowners currently. Use social media to lighten the mood. Use a combination of boosted posts and traditional ads to stay in front of homeowners.

The bottom line is you’re going to get calls, you may even get more calls than usual during this time because people are always home. Do not be opportunistic, do not “sell”, be there for homeowners and the best way to do this is to create great useful content. If you can use this time to brand yourself, you will come out ahead of your competitors once life gets back to normal.
